Office appointment rates:
- $50: Business hours (9:00 am-5:00 pm)*
- $150: Urgent care after hours
*Initial comprehensive visits are $85
Telehealth appointments rates:
For your convenience, we offer 24/7 access, after-hours, and weekend appointments.
- $50: Business hours (9:00 am–5:00 pm)
- $85: After hours/weekends
- $125: Holidays
In-home appointment rates:*
We offer professional expertise, incredible convenience, and personalized care in exchange for payment (in full) when house calls are scheduled.
- $100: Business hours (9:00 am–5:00 pm)
- $175: After hours/weekends)
Serving: Mt. Pleasant, Moroni, Fountain Green, Freedom, Chester, and Wales. Additional mileage fee for house calls outside of the above areas. Please call to inquire about rates and discounts.
